To marry in Tunisia you will require the following documents:-

1 Your GF requires a Kingdom of Norway Certificate of Non Impediment from the marriage office in her town in Norway. This document confirms she is free to marry.
    2 Her birth certificate
    3 Her passport
4 If she has been married before she will need her divorce certificate or death certificate if her previous spouse died.
These documents must be translated to French or Arabic when she arrives in Tunisia for the wedding. The Bureau de l’Etat Civil a la Municipalite will tell you where to translate and notarise your GF's documents.

You can go to your  Bureau de l’Etat Civil a la Municipalite and ask them what you need to do and how to book the wedding.
Hundreds of foreigners marry in Tunisia every year so the Bureau de l’Etat Civil a la Municipalite csan give you all the answers.

By the way your GF is NOT required to enter into a Nikah wedding the civil ceremony is enough.

    All the best
