The Best Beaches in Vietnam

edited August 2014 in - Vietnam
Nha Trang Beach
Vietnam’s Ocean is very crowded in the summertime with domestic tourists, but it’s a great escape. The city has a few worthy sights otherwise a cluttered market town but there are some great new resorts and the best seafood going.

Mui Ne Beach, Phan Thiet
Just a few hours from Saigon, Phan Thiet is the perfect getaway for Saigon residents. There’s a golf course designed by Nick Faldo, the seafood is good, and there are some great day trips to remote sand dunes and smaller fishing villages.

Phu Quoc Island
Phu Quoc boasts vast tracts of interior forestland and far- flung beaches great for exploring by motorbike. There's a small clutch of mid- to low-end resorts and La Veranda, an affordable luxury resort, but the times they are changing' and development is on the way. Get here fast.

Have you ever been to Viet Nam? Of all the beaches here, Da Nang and Nha Trang are 2 best destinations which have best beautiful beaches for your visit.

I've ever been to Da Nang 2 times and i love the My Khe beach most. According to Forbes, My Khe was listed as one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet.

    Cham Islands, Vietnam.
This cluster of eight islands off Hoi An, most of which are uninhabited, is my paradise and the lack of tourists is a huge attraction. Cham let me experience everything short of Crusoe's cannibals: swimming in bioluminescent waters, exploring luscious jungle by moped, building fires on secluded beaches, and waking up covered in sand with snake-tracks all around.
  • Da Nang beach is very nice and clean
  • Da Nang, Hoi An and Phu Quoc offer best beaches Hands down!
  • Hi there, I spent some time in Vietnam and I found Phu Quoc really beautiful and well worth the short flight from HCMC. Hoi An also has some great beaches to offer, and Nha Trang, although commercial and sometimes full of tourists, has clear blue waters and white sandy beaches. Word Travels has some really useful guides to these spots, I have taken the liberty to link them. I hope this helps!
  • The ancient town of Hoi An is really a beautiful place to visit in Vietnam. Here are some tips:

Scuba Diving- For those who like active vacations and sports, the Cham Island Diving Center, about 30 km away from Hoi An, offers a speedboat tour to Cham Island for snorkeling and scuba diving activities. There are different activity packages for all types of divers, with various preferences and experiences available.

Visiting Cua Dai Beach- Only 15 minutes away from the Old Town, tourists can move towards Cua Dai Beach. The white sand which stretches endlessly accompanied with tall coconut trees make this beach a fantastic space for relaxation. Furthermore, tourists could immerse themselves in the blue water and take part in some fun activities on the beach, like driving water motor, flying a kite, and so on.

    I hope this helps!

I can suggest you some beaches that i think it's very charming.
Thien Cam Beach is just opened recently, it's raw, less travelers, calm atmosphere, good food

Cat Ba is also great. Nothing else like the feeling heading up and see the ridges in a clear sky. Besides, it has a near-by national park to see the wildlife of the island
