Cruise Passengers with U.S. Green Cards

edited September 2014 in - General Caribbean
Hi, me and my wife are going on a cruise in December. The cruise will stop in St. Barts, Martinique, St. Lucia and St. Kitts for Approximately 12 hours each before heading back to sea. My wife is a green card holder of the U.S.A.. My wife is a passport holder from the Kygystan Republic. Does my wife need a visa to enter these countries? It is difficult to get clear answers since we know she would need a Visa if we were flying out of any of these countries.
