Applicaion for Italian visa in UK

Hi,
I am traveling to UK this weekend and have plans to travel to Europe countries, france will be first europe stop but stay in italy will be longest. Can i apply for schengen visa in UK italy embassy? Any idea what is the processing time?

Pls advise!

    Terry. is correct giving your nationality is important and if we are to assist you properly you should always state your nationality.

    However, I can answer this question as it is not personal to you but a frequently asked question. Some Schengen countries do not allow visitors to the UK to apply for a Schengen visa ( you are supposed to apply for a Schengen visa from your home country or your country of legal residence)

  • Hello alethia, I tried to apply in the italy embassy manila, but they cant take in my application cos my departure date is less than 10 days.
    So im inquiring if that is possible to be process in italy embassy in uk.

  • I do not know if the Italians will allow UK visitors to apply for a Schengen visa, contact them and ask. I gave you the link in my last post
