    That doesn't make it any less illegal. Depending on the amount of overstay they'd be fined/banned appropriately.

  • Thanks for the response. Would anyone know how long the interrogation would be? Basically I'd like to know once the person surrenders, what series of events he'll undergo? I am aware he will be fined and all.
  • That is impossible for anyone to predict. It would obviously depend entirely on the circumstances.
