edited September 2009 in Europe
We are going to the Czech Republic on holiday with our kids and need to know where the best places to stay would be? We will spend most of our time in Prague but also plan to travel to Karlovy Vary and Cesk

We stayed in a super self-catering apartment called Residence VERONA at
SOUKENICKA 6,11000 Prague, Czech Republic. There is plenty of space for kids to play and a TV with DVD so you could take some films with you. There is a free to use PC in reception if you have a teenager who needs to e-mail home.
Breakfast is included and you get a fridge and microwave for snacks and a kettle for hot drinks.
Prague has loads of open spaces for running about and a fabulous ZOO. If the weather is good take a river trip. There is also an interesting toy museum in the castle complex. Check KARLIN THEATRE for a musical extravaganza.
    Have a great trip.
  • Prague is a great city to visit if you are travelling with kids in the Czech Republic. There is so much on offer for the whole family and the fairytale/medieval atmosphere of the place delights children. Check out this guide to Kids Attractions in Prague for more info.
