Hi - it is worth getting a a notarized letter from the parents giving permission for medical care and bring a copy of her insurance card. The letter should state that the parents know and give permission for the minor to travel with their grandparents. It is unlikely to be checked but in this age of where kidnapping is increasingly common, it is worth taking the precaution of having this letter with you.

Hi I am taking my 16 year old niece to Morroco on holiday. She has a 10 year passport. Do I need any paperwork to take her away?
