Passport validity for Greece

I am travelling to Greece for a 2 week holiday, i have read that you need a passport that is 3 months old.

Now I'm renewing my passport tomorrow, sending it off tomorrow and it will be here in 2 weeks.

will i be able to travel? I'm not sure.
