    1.) What is your Citizenship?

2.) From where does your flight to Cuba originate?

Surely you realize that it's not an easy or affordable task for you to legally leave Cuba and fly to a Dutch island off the coast of Venezuela.

If the US Consulate in Curacao requires documents from you then simply drop them off at the US Special Interests in Havana and they'll courier them to their counterparts in Curacao.

    Cheers,
    Terry
