nightlife in the maldives

Can you visit different resorts and use their facilities while in Maldives? I'm planning a trip to the Maldives, but want to have the option to visit different resorts (on different islands) to take advantage of the bars / nightlife. Also, is there an island that has bars or nightclubs that's not a resort? Thanks.

Im very sorry to inform you that islands that are populated with Maldivian citizens are not allowed to sell liqour or have bars in them. But im sure that resorts and Inns in Maldives will have those facilities. All these reasons are due to Maldives being a Muslim country... Hope this helps
