Which Caribbean Island is better to visit, Barbados or St. Kitts and Nevis? I am planning to go to either Barbados or St. Kitts and Nevis in November. Which Island is better for seeing monkeys? I am not much of a party person but love wild life, photography, shopping, and sight seeing. Thank you for any information you can give me on either of these Islands.

The train is nice if you have mobility problems or have been to St. Kitts before. If it's your first time I recommend an island tour with a knowledgeable guide. You will see historical Basseterre, Romney Manor/Caribelle Batik and Brimstone Hill fortress which is a must see!
Sounds like you have indeed done your research. Nevis is the ideal spot for lovers of the beach and good relaxation. So I can certainly say you're onto a winner there. It is relatively unspoiled and a beautiful region, and quieter than other Caribbean spots; partying is not the priority here but you will find some wonderful resorts and spas, golf courses, and a variety of restaurants.
I would recommend Pinney's beach, undoubtedly one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Read up on it and other incredible beaches in our free travel guide about Nevis here.
Here is also another fascinating read on Nevis and its glorious beaches, found in this article in the Telegraph. Lots of great info here about where to go and what there is to do at each beach in the region.
While the Caribbean is gorgeous, wherever you go, it sounds like Nevis is the ideal destination for you.
